Sydney

Sydney is Australia's largest city with a population of over 4 million people and it will become the center of world attention when it hosts the 2000 Olympic Games in September.

Known for the unusual design of it's Harbour Bridge and Opera House, there are many sites and activities for tourists.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't so great when we visited last May, but we did take some pictures.

Wonderland

Australia's Wonderland is a theme park located near Penrith on the outskirts of Sydney's western suburbs.

Unfortunately some of the rides were closed due to the inclement weather, but we still had a good time.

Regional New South Wales

Sydney is the capital of New South Wales, Australia's oldest state.

We travelled around the south east of the state, in an area known as the Southern Highlands. We stayed with Ken's cousin Rhonda who lives in Bowral. Here are some pictures from our drive to the Wombeyan Caves.
